The challenge
The team was blasting 4 campaigns a week to the full list. Subscribers were churning at month 3 and there was no automated nudge to bring them back.
What we did
Built a replenishment flow tied to average grind consumption
Segmented campaigns into subscriber, one-time, and lapsed tracks
Cut send volume by 38% while raising per-send revenue
Outcome
Flow-to-campaign split rebalanced within 60 days. Repeat purchase rate climbed 22 points and unsubscribes dropped by half.

The challenge
A reputable Amazon brand making the leap to Shopify had zero email infrastructure in place. No flows, no retention system, no way to own their customer relationships.
What we did
Pop-up — capture & segment new visitors from first touch
Welcome Flow — brand intro, value prop, first-purchase conversion
Abandoned Checkout — last-mile recovery with urgency escalation
Post Purchase — retention, education & cross-sell journey
Review Request — automated UGC & social proof engine
Reorder Flow — repurchase triggers for repeat revenue
Winback Flow — re-engagement for lapsed customers
Outcome
Built their entire Klaviyo ecosystem from scratch — designed for DTC from day one. Every flow was strategy-first: mapped to the customer lifecycle, designed in Figma for brand consistency, and built with conversion logic baked in — not bolted on.

The challenge
The brand had active Shopify traffic but no lifecycle email system. Visitors were not being captured, and product viewers, cart abandoners, and checkout abandoners received no automated follow-up.
What we did
Built a Welcome Series that generated $11,606 in week one
Launched Browse Abandonment, recovering $1,757
Built Abandoned Cart and Abandoned Checkout sequences
Created mobile and desktop popups that captured 582 subscribers, with up to a 5.8% submit rate
Prepared a Site Abandonment flow for launch
Outcome
Within 7 days, Klaviyo generated $15,092 in attributed revenue, a 1,173% increase from the previous period. Flows produced 100% of Klaviyo-attributed revenue, email reached 39.49% of total store revenue, and overall store revenue increased by 279%.
